I went for Fields of Fire but I love most of those you listed anyway. It was tough :P

Fields of Fire - and it is on a CD. It's on the Japanese Bonus cd that came with These Days.
All I Want is Everything isn't on the list but it's also a favorite - I love the riff :D

It's on the European bonus disc as well. And All I Want Is Everything was released everywhere except for in the US.

I was 100 % sure that this track would be on the box set. It's simply fantastic. Too bad that there ain't no good version of the song available in terms of sound quality. :(
