I saw The Audition play at a Bowling Alley in London last month.

Kaiser Chiefs - Manchester Apollo. Really good show, the new songs came over well, very catchy. Its a shame Ricky doesnt crowd surf anymore though :( I predict a riot is their Livin on a prayer the whole place just goes mad for it.

I went to see Nine Inch Nails at Manchester Apollo last night, what an incredible live sound they have. The set wasn't perfect for me (It was the second night at the Apollo so maybe sets were varied) and the place was so pumped full of dry ice you couldn't see the band for most of the show (Not an exaggeration). Maybe this was deliberate, it had to be, but it did detract from the experience for me. I didn't pay £30 a ticket to look at a light show with just the odd glimpse of a sillhouette of Trent Reznor.

Highlights of the show were Head Like a Hole, March Of The Pigs and an amazing performance of Hurt. They also did the Joy Division cover from The Crow soundtrack which sounded amazing as well.

The Killers - Cardiff Arena

Another great show, to say theyve only had two albums they are changing the sets quite a bit. Played a Joy division song called Shawdowplay which was excellent. Roll on them playing stadiums next time

I saw them at Brixton last night, the dry ice was prominent at the beginning, and was a bit annoying although had a very atmospheric effect. It cleared up before too long though, for most of it my view of the band was pretty good.

I'm currently writing a full review, and I'll probably post it later tonight
