Towards the bottom under the headlines there is one that says... "Mom Takes On Cell Phones" or something of that sort... Click that and it will open the media player... it was eventually start playing, but you see that picture at the bottom of the cell phone? That's mine! Wait till you see the shirt I was wearing!.. Not to mention that the story is insane!

Not here! They get taken away if we see them in class.

A bunch of kids at my sister's high school have Nextel phones and use that 2-way thing at school, sometimes during class from what I hear. It makes me think of Clueless or something, when Cher and Dionne call each other between classes and then wind up still talking on the phone when they're right next to each other.
Cell phones and pagers were taken away when I was in high school though...supposedly they were classified as drug paraphernalia.

Here in Ridgewood you can have a cell phone but if a teacher hears it or sees it in class - it's gone. It's mostly to have at lunch time (our high school is an open campus) to get in touch with someone to go out to lunch with, or after school to get a ride home etc. After school is another story though.
