what gives bad hangovers?
 

alot of people tell me white wine gives them disgusting hangovers, i've never suffered it but on account of being a quid last night it's fair to say I had a good few lime bacardi breezers and I still feel rough.

It's the worst normal drink hangover I've had from memory

the absolute worst was when I had about 8 shots of absinthe at a party I had in november as well as my carry out. I literally couldn't walk the next day when i tried and didn't get out of bed till 6 and that was only cause I was working at 7 :cry:

Apparently Jaegameister (as well as being impossible to spell) cant give you a hangover because its made of herbs!? I think its because its impossible to drink enough of that shit to actually get a hangover.

Anyway, for me...Special Brew! After finding it was just £1 at the bar on mtq2 weekend I drank shit loads of it (wasnt actually aware why it was called SPECIAL brew) and woke up with the worst hangover ever...argh

yeah ive heard about that. i dunno if it's true but the 1st time i came across jaeger I knew the guy running the venue and gave us all a shitload of it free, long story short I lost my phone, driving licence, could not get into a club for love nor money and ripped my clothes to shreds. can't remember how i felt in the morning. Not the nicest drink ever.

speaking of jakey's, I used to drink strongbow by the gallon a couple of years back, that wouldn't just leave your head sore, your mouth would be all dry, your teeth would be too sensitive to eat anything for half the day cause of the sweetners and you had stale cider taste in your mouth all day.

not a pleasent experience.

I never had much hangover other then couple of times... well again i never been a much drinker anyway.. I had bad hangover with black rum which i had a long time back... and here in kuwait we get home made stuff.. which is pretty strong... when i have more then couple of drinks, i end up having some hangover next morning...

Pussys! :lol: I can slam Jaegermeister all night and still be bright eyed and bushy tailed the next morning! The worst hangover drink for me has to be Tequila - kills me every time :?

Out at a land party a week ago I drank close to a whole bottle of Vodka.... I woke up feeling ugly, but it wasn't too bad... That might have been the worst one luckily! 8)

I only have hangovers (proper ones with wailing on the sofa all day and ordering in thai food) when I mix drinks. Hard liquer, no matter what it is, kills me when mixed with beer or wine.

Hence, since I've grown up, I don't do that anymore (well other than on some rare completely foolish occasions)...

Red wine. Hard liquer I can take easily, but red wine is horrible.
