Starts November 1, 75 shows....

Doesn't sound like much of a tour.
Which means that fan club fee of $40 is definitely for less than a year's membership.
We can rest assured they won't be playing any cities they don't normally play.
Well, I guess you guys in the Northeastern USA, UK and Germany are covered anyway.

jovigirloz 06-13-2005 04:19 AM

no Australia in the tour!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thats sucks, we miss out again.
I won't be renewing my membership. I am literally paying for nothing.

Just 13 shows in Europe?!? Too bad...That means only UK, Germany and Holland, I suppose. I'd better book my flight... :D

Mousebounce 06-13-2005 05:34 AM

They will not be playing Milton Keyes either.

Late 06-13-2005 06:19 AM

Pathetic...

Mousebounce 06-13-2005 06:33 AM

Jon said they aren't going to do huge tours anymore.

Thomas Anderson 06-13-2005 06:35 AM

Well they all have families now, they don't have to tour or work at all but they still do.

I don't really feel anyone has a right to complain. You buy the cd's, you buy the merchandise, you go to see shows, you are paying for something specific, not a part of that band or a say in what they do.

I hate comparing but in order to justify my complaint I have to. Not a very good excuse, e.g. U2 have families, don't they? Doesn't stop them doing world tours, does it?

Everyone has a right to complain of anything they choose to, doesn't mean they expect it to make any change, doesn't mean it will because it probably won't.

Well obviously everyone is different, perhaps U2 can take breaks or have their family come out or maybe their families are older I don't know, but Jon and Tico have got very young children so probably don't want to leave them for too long, could be any number of reasons.

Why bother then since it won't do anything?

I guess this means I'll miss out on this tour.
I don't have the nmoney to travel to the show this time arounmd wereas on the Bopunce tour I had the option of going to see them in either florida or detroit, i went to det.
A promoter announced that he was working toi get the band to Puerto Rico but I doubt it since it's only 75 shows I guess they'll only play the places the always play at.
