my sis isn't exactly the sharpest tout to come across.

some prime examples:

when eminem did his first stadium tour here the tickets were gold-dust. the clowns at ticketmaster sent her a spare ticket for some stupid reason. Does she ebay it or flaunt it for mega bucks? nope she swans around the stadium beforehand and sells it to some tart for face value.

she gets tickets for hogmanny in glasgow city centre last year, again, tickets like gold-dust. Me n some mates who were going decide we're just partying up here instead. People on ebay are offering her £200 for them. She says: sorry I've already promised them to the 1st person who bid the £2.50 they cost me. Not only that, She ****ing drove over to this birds house to drop them off (dragging me with her so she wouldn't get lost) I was like shit you're training to be an accountant you should really have a bit more business savvy.

what? Like having a police record for scalping tickets? Now that would get a REAL good accounting job

maybe he's going to donate it all to africa? 8)

i dunno how into it the cops are in the US with regards to tickets but here they really don't give a shit, at the very worst they'll take the tickets away but thats usually only if they're fake.

You really think those bids are serious?

i really hope not, but when u bid your legally obliged to pay if ur the winning bidder.

Hopefully its like Bono or someone secretly bidding on them all to pump up the prices so no1 actually buys them, and then when ebay tries to sue him he'l be like 'just bring it scumbags' or sumthing.

Or they may be real bids from big corporations or something..

spunkywho 06-14-2005 07:24 PM

what are you talking about?

The bid is at 10000 english money.... far away from the millions...
