I'm surpised that no one started a thread regarding the judgment on his case... or at least i can't find any thread regarding this...

So what u think about the judgment??.


For me, i'm actually pretty surpised with it actually... I think he is really lucky to get away with all the charges... All though i think he didnt do anything by purpose... but he defnetly may be unknowingly molested the children at some point... but its just my opnion..

It's in other bands forum.

As I said over there, not guilty and innocent are two very different things.

I think he'd a been in a whole lot more shit if the kids mother didn't come off as a money grabbing crack whore.

I doubt it'll be the last case brought against him.

yes but anything happening going forward is soley the parents fault!!

Allwyn, I am not trying to be rude, but I do wonder how you can "unintentionally" molest a child? :?

I think perhaps Allwyn means it more in a way that implies Jackson doesn't know that what he was doing was wrong rather than not knowing what he was doing

:? I can't imagine that he doesn't understand that what he "did" was wrong, especially after what happened a few years ago with the other little boy.

I'm only suggesting what Allwyn could have meant.

Personally I don't have much of an opinion on this, the media spins everything, only the people inside the courtroom really have a valuable opinion on what happened, they saw the real evidence, not the media spin that we did.

Rregardless of what actually happened he would have gotten away with it simply because of who he is, but if he truly is innocent then the media owe him lots of big apologies.
