Buenos Aires baby!
This is gonna be the last post from me for a few days, because tomorrow I'm moving to Argentina for a year!! YEAH!!!!! :P
I can't believe how quickly it has come around. It doesn't seem that long ago that I was persuading my parents to let me go. It's so exciting!! My friends came over last night to celebrate and for some reason, ended up dying my hair purple :? I'm bringing my laptop so I'll be able to come here and post :D Adios amigos!!! 8) |

Hola amigos!!
I arrived here in Buenos Aires last night (Argentina time) and earliy in the morning (UK time). Totally knackered but my roommate Eva said that it's best to get up at the same time as the locals do so that my body can get used to the time change. Haven't had the chance to do much yet, but my host family are gonna take me to a waterfall that's quite close to here. The area of Buenos Aires that I'm living in is really nice. Haven't seen the place where I'll be working yet, but I've met one of the kids I'll be teaching. He's called Juan and he's 9. He lives next door and he's one of the sweetest little kids I've ever met. He gave me a hug when I arrived last night :P |
