*food intoxication
*Hurricane evacuation (+ therefore we only got to see half of the cities we wanted to see). It was an exciting experience though!
*stolen camera
*stolen t-shirts :shock:
*angina pectoris (i hate a/c :twisted: )
*too many cuba libres :oops:

Angina pectoris is the medical term for chest pain or discomfort due to coronary heart disease. Angina may happen during exercise, strong emotions or extreme temperatures.

actually angina pectoris is a form of sore throat - I think it is like strep throat. Lot's of Germans believe that AC is the root of all evil, ie. colds and sore throats ;) hence, German visitors might demand for you to turn off the AC as they truly believe it will make them sick. LOL --- sorry Jana, but it IS true - you have to admit that :) :) :)

Actually, Neil was right. 'Pectoris' is Latin and means as much as 'of the chest' (it comes from the Latin word 'pectus'). The sore throat you're referring to, Maria, is known as Angina Simplex.
