a BIG improvement on recent ballads, nice lyrics. Overall from what iv heard of the new songs can't really say iv heard a bad one yet :)

I've heard the snippet as well and it sounds boring... on the other hand Unbreakable sounds promising and a little weird.

Hi,I'm new.

I think These Open Arms could be a great song,Unbreakable reminds me a rock version of a Backstreets Boys,I don't like it.In the verse it reminds Britney Spears,I don't know why.....

I don't think These Open Arms is predicable.For me it has a great ending

The only good thing of Unbreakable is that it could have a great guitar solo!

I wait for listening the entire songs,maybe I will hate TOA and love Unbreakable!

It's ok, just a bit repetitive. The whole song just seems to consist of short verses and the long chorus, with not much variation. I don't believe a song has to have a solo but some variation in structure would make it easier to listen to time after time. Having said that though, it has far more power than TYFLM and AALY ever had. Decent song.

I'm new here so I didn't want to do something that is not allowed. I sent a PM to everyone who asked them. Now the lyrics are posted :wink: This is my version so maybe there's some mistakes. As I wrote to everyone it's not like Jon really articulate so I did my best.

Well, it is an improvement over all of the Bounce ballads. But that isn't saying much. Lyrically it is better than all about lovin' (god, kill me) you, but that doesn't mean anything as that song was the devil. But that doesn't mean the verses (the first especially) aren't wholly terrible and mumbled. Richie is a guitarist, not a rythm guitar. It's annoying to here him be misused and overlooked and bored. And the bridge doesn't really fit into the song at all. There is no guitar solo.

And even though the chorus is missing something, it is great when it hits and the lyrics there aren't terrible.

give it a 7-7.5

I definitely needed to hear a guitar solo and maybe that may have changed my opinion on this song which overall isn't too bad, but something doesn't quite seem right to me about it. Maybe a few more listens then I'll be able to put my finger on it.

Jon hasn't any other tittle for the songs... We have two "Open All Night", one "These Arms Are Open All Night" and now "These Open Arms".

Btw, I like the song, but thanx God that won't be in the album.
