Which BJ video did MTV refuse to broadcast?
Does anyone know this? I think the answer is 'Always' (because of the fire), but I'm not sure. Thanks in advance.

Couldīve been Always. Thereīs 2 versions of it (with storyline) and one just with the band playing. Living In Sin also has scenes that were edited for MTV.

yeah livin in sin as far as i know.
|
Its the uncut version of living in sin.
There was an article in the Times over here, after the war in Iraq had started and 'this aint a love song' was one of the videos which was also taken of the MTV playlist. Not like they played it much anyway, but still. andi |
They didn't play All About Loving you because it had snow in it, and MTV can play videos with snow only in the winter. Living In Sin was banned because of the "controversial" video, LOPA wasn't played because it dominated the charts for too long.

They wouldn't play All About Loving You here in the US because of an antiwar sign in the crowd.

Wasn't It Saturday Night!?

I believe it was the uncut version of Living in Sin. The snow thing was just for Mtv Germany or something because we got the snow over here in the US.

What was in the Living in Sin video that made it so controversial?
|
I remember hearing about why it got banned. Living in sin got banned because there was a shot of a girl in chuch giving communion in her mouth and the very next shot was of her having sex with her boyfriend. So it got banned for a while until they made a second edit of the video.
AALY was seriously banned in America for that no war thing? It wasn't even a full second long! |
