i'd have personally said "Jon is going to be in ally mcbeal" playing the love interest would have been a rumour... so why do people assume this is also...

Jon has stated on many occasions that he prefers the band, but has admitted it is "just a job now"... paraphrasing now 'waking up, soundcheck, show, hotel... sand that he loves acting etc cos it's new to him and exciting...

don't be surprised if he wants to do anything else - i hate to say it though but i don't think his voice is strong enough anymore to do broadway - sebastian bach is currently doing it and his voice is bloody amazin at the moment...
