All I know is that it's a band track. I think a demo/b-side for these days...?

It's These Days demo written by Jon & Richie.

It was originally written for New Jersey, then recorded again for Crush.

Actually the song title "Stay" was merely a coincidence. They're two totally different songs. The second stay is a JBJ solo demo for "Sex Sells". It's one from the handful of songs from the crush b-sides that the band didn't even play on.

It was a bside for This Aint A Love Song.

I thought it was a Crossroad demo....
