Southern California Tour Dates

Ok.........

This is nerve-wracking.

West Coast dates have been scheduled..EXCEPT for Southern California. What the ****? I know they are coming...it's just a tease.

On the upside..it's given me more of a chance to decide whether I'm going to go ahead and get tickets or not. The answer is, I am. No...I still haven't gotten the hearing issues resolved...but I'll regret it if I just let this go. So now I just gotta be ready to jump on the tickets when the time comes.

Spunky, you better be going.

The question is what is your point in posting here? Does it have anything to do with you? It's region-specific.

It's a big deal to me, Seb. I've been wanting it to be delayed as much as possible so that I have a chance of enjoying it. But it's gonna happen regardless, so I may as well just do it (get tickets) and hope it all works out. My last concert was a gut wrenching experience...so I'm apprehensive. The tension is increased when all West Coast dates have been added with this one exception. This is unusual. I was looking for anyone else feeling the tension. ..while also just plain being a bit revved up and trying to be optimistic at a time when its pretty ****ing difficult.

Is this really the time to be getting in my face Seb?

of course. and you are welcome to join me up here :)

In fact, if you make it up here for a show, you could talk me into going to Portland (Sunday) and Seattle (Monday).

I thought it was weird how they come from Houston to San Jose up to Portland and Seattle, then they go back to Arizona... Why no Vancouver? It's usually the next step for any band after Seattle...

You'd think they'd stick in some dates between Houston and San Jose to cover LA -- there are days in between....

If they are a no show in L.A., will you go to San Jose? Where is Fresno in relationship?

When they first announced a set of tour dates, they said bla bla bla will be announced soon. Seattle was among the bla bla bla, so I was sure they'd be coming, but was L.A. among them as well???

The fact that they mentioned LA in that "Coming Soon" message is the only thing keeping me calm. I know to some people it seems silly..but Def Leppard did exactly this on the Euphoria tour. I never got to see them then. They went everywhere EXCEPT Southern California. We just kept waiting and waiting for the dates to be announced. It was extremely bizarre that it never happened.

I would otherwise have gone up to Portland or Seattle...of course! It would really suck if they do wind up not having an SC date or two because I would have made arrangements otherwise to be on the ball when the tickets went on sale.

The show is probably better up there anyway...LA dates tend to have too many industry people..so the show suffers in it's vibe and energy.

You mean wanna be actors? Industry people lol.

Tickets go on sale tomorrow though, don't they? If I get good enough seats, I'll get some extra tickets.

I'd be sweating too, david, if I was you..... I'll keep my fingers crossed.

OH there is plenty of those...wanna-be actors. Though the issue is the industry people get the good seats. They just go because it's free. So it drags things down.

I think the tickets go on sale Saturday morning at 10 am. I haven't paid as much attenton.

Is the little one going this time? Does he even like Bon Jovi?

I have not planned on taking the kid, though I might. It's a school night, so I am not sure yet. He is not into Bon Jovi at all. He does recognize Jon on TV and tells me everytime he catches a glimpse of him, but the music is not up his alley (bless his soul). He thinks Green Day is the best band in the entire world, closely followed by Coldplay lol.

Tickets go on sale for the public on Saturday, but presale for bj.com people is on Friday (note, NOT backstage members).

I'm not surprised. I don't think I would get into Bon Jovi now if I were younger. At this rate though, by the time he's in his teens he's gonna be into some pretty cutting edge shit on the musical front.
