Jealousy and insecurities
Ok forgive me if this post seems a little vague, I aint asking for any advice im just wondering.
Do you think people who act in a jealous way, lets say they were very possesive over thier partner. Do you think that person can ever change?? Or do you think if they are that sort of person you will always act jealous/insecure. Or lets put it another way, have you been in a relationship thats ended because of one person being jealous??? |
I think being possessive/jealous is a pretty consistent characteristic.
In reality, I believe that real change in people is rare and most often for the worse. Becky |
I think it can change but that person has to feel much better about themselfs which is hard to do and can take years to happen .Whys that Carli? wont David Beckham leave you alone again?

I think it's something that will last a lifetime. They can pretend they have changed and act their part pretty well, but at the end of the day they'll be thinking the same old thought. And that thought will be voiced sooner or later too.

Everyone can change, but no one can be changed. If they want to change, it can happen.

I think jealousy is one of those things that can't be changed. It's just the way someone is.
they can not be openly jealous but it doesn't mean they're not seething underneath... most people are at least a little jealous in some way or another but when it's overboard it's not healthy at all. I've had troubles with relationships because apparently i'm not jealous enough ?!?!?! it would seem that if you're secure and confident enough in your relationship that you don't feel the need to grab every guy by the throat who tries to dance with this particular lady that you obviously don't love her or else you'd be jealous.... women are nutters for the most part :-) |

think about it. people who are jealous of their significant other flirting etc... are actually worried that the person is going to cheat. It might have bit me on the as snow and again but I really don't think like that. |

I'd like to think that jealousy comes out of insecurity and when you're able to change that, then you should also be able to change your jealousy. If there isn't trust in the relationship to begin with, then you might as well end the relationship right away, |
