Bon Jovi's biggest crime?

Personally i cant ever forgive them for TLFR and what they did to songs like prayer, bed of roses, always, lay your hands and keep the faith. *shudder*

with prayer being the worst, christ that woman cant sing at all!

well, at least i can rest at the fact that they wont be performing these versions anymo... *checks out recent setlists* oh. feck off.

We all share your anguish. It kinda makes me glad that I haven't got my tickets yet when seeing the TLFR songs in the set.

Their more poppy orientated sound, post Crush era-awfull sappy ballads+lack of gd guitar solos

tlfr is just one album so i couldn't choose that.

I went for the setlists, they are supposed to poll of great rock music, not some shitty pop!

bad medicine and bad name and prayer are rockers it's just that they don't change the setlist at all and now that's pretty boring. especially for those who have been to many of their concerts.

A rock song is not defined by the guitars or the speed, it's all about feeling, and it ain't there any more.

(okay, a good rock song has to have good drumming...)

TLFR I can live with. Predictable and tired setlists are not a problem if the performance is upto scratch.
The band constantly ignoring 'These Days', now that really sucks.

But what gets my goat is the lack of decent guitar solos, and the overpolishing and watering down of otherwise great songs.

The band seem to be ashamed of their past for some unknown reason, trying to fit in with whats currently cool. That's what really gets to me the most I guess.

Their constant attempts at another 'It's my life' is also starting to grate.

I can't blame them for TLFR. At least, it was something original and different from the usual I'm gonna live-I'm gonna die-I wanna survive that they're now putting everywhere.
The biggest crime to me is the fact that they seem to have totally forgotten These Days :(

I agree 100%. TLFR was a great experiment, although I rarely listen to it anymore and would've prefered a live accoustic album, it was a hugely important album for this band because they seemed to focus more on artistic success rather then commercial success (the downfall of Bounce) for the first time since These Days.

Predictable set-lists are annoying but I'd rather hear Jon sing Everyday perfect then screech through These Days. Ignoring that entire album is terrible though.

Ignoring These Days is their worse mistake
I don't care for TLFR I don't blame them for this one
The poppy thing is not that important . I can LOVE pop songs too I am not narrow minded (if the song is good whatver the genre I don't mind)

just aftre THESE DAYS the nexrt worse is probably the setlist
