Presale for UK

Does anyone know when the presale for the UK concerts starts? I still havent recived my email yet? Has anyone else. Also if there is anyone from the US reading this, then can you tell me ehat kind of information your email told you?

I'm from Ireland
My email says:

The presale will begin on Tuesday, November 5th at 10:00 A.M. in the time
zone of the respective venue and end on Thursday, November 7th at 5:00
P.M.in the time zone of the respective venue or until all allocated tickets
are sold.
