Is Jon shy?
 

I found the following quote on imdb.com's biography of Jon:

"Introverted maybe, but incredibly focused to do whatever it is that I want to do. If its to go running this morning or to drink tonight, its gonna be the whole bottle. I don't sip." (about being shy)

I always found Jon to be a bit shy in interviews etc, but very extroverted on stage. What are your thoughts?

He is introverted and comes across as shy when you meet him. He's not unfriendly though. I think a lot of people confuse introversion with unfriendliness which gives those of us who are introverted a bad rap!

Jon is an introvert. when you meet him he's very sweet and nice but usually very low key and quiet and sometimes seems a bit reserved. Richie on the other hand is a total extrovert. He's the "hi how are ya, it's all good " kind of guy. I think it's one of the things they kind of have always "balanced each other out" on.

Everyone always looks down on the introvert :(

jon is friendly he is not shy u can say...reserved a bit....and richie is like when u meet him it looks tht he knws u since many years.....jon is kindhearted anyway
