I sure missed something...

One night when I was working I had brought with me a few VHS tapes to work beacause they dont have a VCR there ... And one of them was a An evening with Bon Jovi. I got the officially released VHS but this was taped from MTV back in the day and I had forgot that I had it... But anyway i started to watch this and to my suprise when I thought that Bed of roses was up next they started to play "baby what do you want me to do" I had totaly missed this! It's not on my officially copy but on this MTV version... Man I was thrilled cause I love the version they did with the great Legend Ray cokes on MTV most wanted but this was just great... I just thought that I would share this happy moment with you all... Even though I feel lika fool beacuse I missed that performance....

Yes it is , some things were cut from the original MTV broadcast ." Baby " has is was recorded by many artists , the most famous version ( and the one Bon Jovi modeled this after) was Elvis Presley though countless bluesmasters have recorded it . Go check out Elvis from the 1968 comeback special and ull see that it bear a similar settting as well as sound .
We attended that show in 1992 ( I was 15 and I loved going with my Dad of all people lol) but it was worth sitting in the front row watching Richie play VERY well indeed. The offical like you said has that...I also have a sounboard version of the audio master and its pretty good too.
So yea its a happy momemt for me too ..and glad you reshared it .
:)
