Not groups, just Bon Jovi. They've never been as successful in France as they've been elsewhere.

Maybe, though he said the opposite many times. He doesn't like the French not liking him :)
Truth is these days they're unable to sold out just one night in France's biggest arena. So it's probably not worth it financially, especially since French fans can move quite easily to England, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, etc...
But fact is there was absolutely no promo for anything they've released from Bounce to now. Crush had produced a certain interest, but the French show in Paris still wasn't sold out, and they let it fade away since 2002.
