I wondered how comes that Richie's fav color is purple which is some kind of red and asked a working friend who is color blind, too. He told me that he can see red and green when it is on its own but they can't devide these colors when something is very colorful with different colors. For example at some board games they have difficulties.

I didn't know that either. Although being colourblind between Red and Green is quite common. I think I read somewhere that Red and Green both look like the colour brown.
