It's probably fake. If that were being taped from across the street, the sound would not be of that quality.

Why wouldnt it be? If the guys obviously smart enuff to come up with this then hes smart enough to have the proper recording equipment rigged up directly to whatever program hes using to control the electricity..

Duh. You guys ever heard of "overdubbing"? It's where you rerecord the sound for a piece of film? Also sometimes called "looping"?

Those were lights, no one ever claimed the sounds were coming from the house.
