Dear Ticketmaster Customer,

This is a courtesy email from Ticketmaster regarding your booking for Bon Jovi.

Your tickets for this event will be dispatched seven to 10 days prior to the event,

ie, yes we're going to leave it to the last minute to send your tickets as usual, but this time we've pre-warned you so dont bother ringing us x10 a day! Although we dont mind if you do since its 50p a minute.

They usually come around 2 weeks b4 when there advertised as 10 days b4...but its not ther fault...it depends wen they receive the tickets from the promoters...

i cant see that it perticularly matters though...it gives u less time to lose them...

It kinda matters when you dont live in the UK :D

You cant exactly plan to go to London a few days before the concert just in case!

When you buy tickets don't you have the choice of downloading them immediately rather than having them mailed? We do here in the US but perhaps ticketmaster handles it differently elsewhere. That way, you have them from the moment you purchased them and you can relax.

I have heard of airlines doing that now here Kathleen but not ticketmaster.

I don't mind them only arriving a couple of weeks before, the only problem with leaving it so late is that if they don't arrive you have little time to sort it.

Lol..You are lucky! At least they have sent you an email..I sent them like 5 emails regarding GC tickets for Southampton and they even answer..I'm really angry and I don't know what to do..I cannot purchase the f*** tickets!!..anyway..I'll keep trying (and sending emails to TM... )

Yes, you have the option of having them shipped to you which requires a lot of extra fees, or you can print them on your printer right there and have your tickets in hand immediately.

But couldnt u then simply print 2 copies off? and then say they have the ticket numbers on so it might not be easy to get in..but maybe if u gave the other copy to someone and then u both go in at the same time but in different entrancies?...

surely it wouldnt also mean ther would be lots of fakes goin around cause obviosuly some printers arnt all that good quality so proper ones could look kinda shabby...

lol obviosly ther r some speical policies r summit...

:)
