I asked the Joe. V question not long ago. It's some name the Backstagers gave it, I think. It's a rubbish name.

Joe. V = Jovi

It was a contest by Backstage to give the smiley a name.
Joe V was the name that won.
So now this HAND smiley is officialy known as Joe V.
