Who Says...may be used in NJ campagin
"WHAT EXIT?" STRATEGY: According to the New York Daily News, the New Jersey Economic Growth and Tourism Commission is deciding whether to pony up $175,000 to use Bon Jovi's "Who Says You Can't Go Home" as part of a new tourism campaign targeted at young folk. Should the already deeply discounted price be deemed too steep for the Garden State, they'll go with Plan B: Bon Jovi's lesser-known "Who Says It's All Landfills."

I read the idea was already scrapped. NJ is in financial ruin right about now.

What I don't get is, who do they need to pony $175,000 up to? Is it the band? Jeez - If anything, the band should be paying New Jersey to do it. It's great advertising.
