Warning: Looking at these pictures makes it even more real. I was almost crying thinking of what might have been. The plane almost went right down the hill....

I understand how scary that is but that hill isn't all that big.... I really think everyone IS blowing out of proportion like Jon said.

WTF??? It is when you are going 165 miles an hour in a 31 ton jet aircraft! It was a big deal, was NOT blow out of proportion, and is under formal NTSB investigation that will last 6 - 12 month. These are the hard facts.

Ryan, and others, you have to understand that Jon is contractually obligated to the promoter, AEG Live, to do everything possible to sell concert tickets for the HAND Tour. I'm not saying Jon would ever lie or do anything to damage his outstanding world-class reputation. But he does have to put matters "in there best light". It's part of Jon's job, Ok.

I'm shocked

Ok, So they hit the runway late?? There wasn't enough time to slow the plane down to a complete hault. I'm guessing when they hit the grass that they were slowed down quite a bit. If it was going 165 miles per hour, there would be injuries. It makes sense to me.... Maybe I'm cold-hearted or unemotional about the whole thing. I do thank God no one was hurt, but it couldn't have been that bad if there wasn't much damage and no injuries.
