hi there!
i have a major problem: i've recently moved to another town and my email adress changed so that they from american XS send my mails to a mailbox from which i can't receive the e-mails! i've sent them (help@americanxs.com) an email pleading them to redirect the mails to my current mail adress but all i got back was a standard-remail saying "if you have recently registered, you'll get the mails soon to your e-mail inbox blablabla" this was no response from a human being but from a computer- so they don't seem to read the mails which means that i never will get the mail with the password...
does any1 of you have an idea what i could do?

I had the same problem...I recently went on Broadband and had to change me e-mail address...here's the help e-mail they sent me...I don't know if it will help you!

My Bounce code appears to be invalid?

Make sure the code you are using matches the code inside the "Bounce" CD and try registering again. If it still doesn't work, please send us your code and email address and we'll check into it for you.


Where is / I can't find the Bounce code?

The Bounce code is located inside the Bounce CD. Open up the CD and you should see it on the lower left had side of the CD booklet.


Where do I get tickets from?

Once you successfully register for American XS, you are given instructions on how to buy your tickets. If you've registered for American XS already and selected a ticket territory, you can expect to receive an email by or November 5 with details on how to purchase your tickets through Ticketmaster.


How far in advance can I buy tickets?
