Same ole situation

oh I love a good hijack

yeah the show was last night

it was ok...nothing great. There was a huge chunk of it that was the "Tommy Lee show" and I don't love Tommy Lee so I could have done without it, but it was good. Mick Mars can just ****ing let loose like nobody's business, which is even more impressive because he looks like he's been dead for about ten years.

I think I would have had as much fun in cheaper seats, but I don't regret paying for the floor because the passed-around bottle of Jager made it back to me shortly before it was empty. And Nikki Sixx is even hotter in person so I appreciate being close.

And I met a dude who looked EXACTLY like Tico and wound up hanging out with him the whole night. Thanks to him I drank more than I had planned, it being a school night, and I probably acted a bit more, uh, forward, than I'd like to think I would with a relative stranger, but it was fun and I don't have any regrets.

Nikki insulted Bon Jovi which made me laugh more than annoyed me because he told the audience to pretend they were bored at a Bon Jovi show to get us to sit down, and at that point I'd already made the Crue - Jovi comparison and I came to a slightly different conclusion than Misters Sixx.

So, uh, yeah, about those Bon Jovi guys...

At the show I saw them at, they made the comparision to Celine Dion...and said a few not so nice things about her which made everyone cheer.

And Tommy Lee seems a lot nicer in person.

my roommate just about strangled me when I got back, because I was at the end of the aisle he went down to get back to the stage after doing his drum solo thing on the platforms, and I grabbed his ass. She's got a Tommy Lee thing on par with...not my Tico thing, maybe my Nikki or Marty Casey thing. Back when I was looking for tickets I actually asked her if she wanted to go so I could buy a pair of tickets (way easier) and she decided she didn't want to because she didn't know the music that well. I got back and told her about Tommy and she's PISSED.

it must be said.. i have REALLY been liking Tommy Lee lately
