hey all!

well, i've just finished watching Jon's new film...i gotta say it was great - not just cos Jon was in it, but it was a brilliant film! It's got a good storyline, and i don't know why the screen tests showed it wouldn't do well in cinemas, i would've gone to see it after watching the trailer!

LOL, when the director's narration is on, there's a bit where Jon becomes a sorta half vamp. and he wakes up with huge black eyes (i.e. just one big pupil, no colour) and apparently Jon thought this was so cool so went about the whole day with these contacts in!!!! LOL! that'd be a different look for him to adopt! :)

I just saw that movie last night. I really didn't know what to expect, but I would watch it again. Without a big budget to work with, I was impressed with how well it turned out. Jon is a great actor and I enjoy watching him..... :popcorn:

I got the movie out last week and yeah it's a low budget film but I thought it was far better than I expected. It's probably my second favourite Jon movie after the Leading Man. :fadein:

I hope i will see it soon, for the moment, places i've tried to find it, they didn't know ...

Yup - I liked it. And I watched with my brothers - not BJ-fans, they also liked it - as a usual horror movie.

It took me 30 minutes to forget Jon the rock star was acting in the film.
I then got into the storyline. I think the storyline could have been a bit stronger were the Master vamp was concerned.
Jon needs to learn when he is in character how not to behave like JOn the rockstar, there are certain movements he has that he needs to change to fulfil a role completely. However non BJ fans shouldnt notice this. Finally whoever put him in a yellow shirt should be sacked, it does nothing for him. Overall I think it was an enjoyable film . Jon did really well and was believable , I enjoyed it and have watched it twice.

I also enjoyed the movie. The master vampire was not as mighty and powerful as she could've been, and there were some weaknesses in the storyline as a whole. I think with bigger and better special effects, the movie could've been a box office hit.

But from the first moment I completely forgot about Jon being anything but the vampire slayer. I had my boyfriend making comments about Jon the Rock Star all through the film, but hadn't it been for that, I wouldn't have remembered. I think his acting has improved a lot, and he's credible in what he's doing. Sure, he has the same expressions, but a lot of renowned actors do.

I watched the video "Los Muertos" and I didn't really like it!
Of course Jon was cool and cute and great and ......... good!
But I didn't like the story. It was totally boring and not interesting and really strang :? . And it wasn't very horrible (I thougt it was a horror movie???), more funny: Pills for people that are infected by Vampires, to cure them???? :? :lol: Bloodtransfusion for Jon, that the bad vampire can't hear him???? :?: :lol: ............ :? :? :?
If Jon wasn't in the movie I would never again watch it!!!!

My mother tried to find it everywhere in Poitiers, the shop even tried to have it on the internet, no one can find it ! i can't believe it,
But for Christmas she gave me "studio archives 2002", it's EXCELLENT !
