Support Band At Milton Keynes - Help!!
 

If you don't know Virgin Radio are holding a competition to find the opening band for the two nights at Milton Keynes. The competition states you must send two original tracks in and a cover of a Bon Jovi track in a different style to the original - like THIS LEFT FEELS RIGHT!!
As a long long term fan guys I really need your help (I've seen them 15 times and bought everything since the day it came out from New Jersey onwards!).
My band have entered the competition and really believe we should win it - I was hoping some of you here might get behind us.
For the last two days The Virgin Breakfast show in the U.K have played snippets of our track and said they really like it - We've done a late night jazzy version of 'In These Arms' (I understand why they have asked for a cover of a Jovi track - imagine how many unsigned bands would send tapes in otherwise - at least some thought and work as gone in!). Now I know it might not be to everyones tastes but we tried our best to make it different and hopefully winnerable!! All I can say is please listen to our original tracks too - we really think that we could make a great support act and entertain people - we are a commercial rock band with JOVI as a main influence!!!
PLEASE help us out and keep British rock music alive - I really hope a school band or stupid country version with a band who has no great original material doesn't win!! We have big hooks and a great live set - please have a listen to us!

Thanks - I/we have really really tried hard on this one - I am a huge fan but also a musician aswell who writes tracks - I would be so mad if a band gets the gig who are not in to Jovi or who get it on comedy value with no good songs of their own. We want to stand up as a great new band with strong songs. I would hope Jon and the boys would be proud of our cover though!!

Cheers - anyone who gives us a HAND (sorry poor joke!!) I will give them an mp3 of the track after a week on friday when the competition final is announced!! Hope you like our original tracks too!!

I was skeptical - In These Arms is my 2nd favorite song and I didn't think I'd like it changed around. But that version you have is AMAZING. Just goes to show how well the lyrics are, no matter what.
