Not til about 10 days before the event. For Wolves last year, mine came two days before. After many phonecalls and emails it turned out they'd lost my order. :)

At the bounce tour, the whole ticket issueing thing was a farce. I'm all for trying to stamp out the touts, but thanks to ticketmaster, stadiums could have been nearly half empty.

I got mine a week before, but i remeber at Glasgow they had various ticket collection port a cabin type structures outside the stadium with huge queues. So for the people who were unlucky enough to get their orders messed up, they had 2 seperate queues to wait in. Don't know if this affected gold circle, but if it did, it must have been annoying.

See Tickets had been caliming that tickets were due to be issued at the end of March. I never believed it, and since it's nearly May, i'd say they will make you sweat and it will be about a week before.

My ticket last time from ticketmaster came 2 days before the event, anyone that buys from ebay etc without first checking this kind of thing is a fool in my opinion.

As I've posted before, it's all part of the excitement with Ticketmaster. They like to make it as difficult as possible for both themselves and the customer. It's not just Bon Jovi they've ****ed me about with. We had a similar problem with Fleetwood Mac a couple of years back, too. This is why I'm always so anxious when it comes to buying from these guys. You can never sit back after you've ordered tickets, you have to keep checking they've got your order/the right amount of tickets/the right event/and cancellations and refunds. It's kinda like DIY, you feel you're the one who's organised the whole thing after you've checked up on them for the Nth time.

Lol. Its just stupid though, they have your money for the tickets for what 7 months yet they keep your ticket until about 2 hours before the shows, how is that fair???!! All that crap about not giving fraudsters time to duplicate the tickets is nonsense too.
