Ticketmaster workaround number
 

Just rang 01613853620 and got through to ticketmaster (option 1) in seconds.

I leave newcastle tomorrow and have only glasgow tickets they have said that becuase tickets are being posted then i can not collect from box office but am i **** travelling all the way up and down the country seven times to pick up tickets, its not cost effective, its pathetic of them to suggest,

lets bombard this number, lets kick off and let th bastards know there are LOTS of very unhappy people out there, post your outcomes on here.......

Well I have been calling ticket bastard for over an hour tonight, calling them from REP OF IRELAND I might add, to be told that the tickets for the gig on Sat in Glasgow where signed for this moring, kinda strange I thought as I was at work at 5am and there was nobody home!!! They gave me the ROYAL mail Track and Trace number and a phone number, called them and after about 20 mins of shouting at a spotty little shite telling him I didnt sign for them I managed to get to talk to someone above him............ turns out TM used the wrong service for mailing them to Dublin so they got sent back to TM and TICKET MASTER signed for them!!!!!!!!!!!!


So now TM lines are closed and I have a flight booked for Sat am to Glasgow so there is now way to get them to Ireland in time for me!!!!!! What a F@@K UP!

Will just have to rant and rav at them in the morning!

that is really sickening we have to all complain about this on mass to ticketmaster and watchdog. it is beyond belief they could **** up on this scale.
