Watchdog Thread For Ticketmaster
 

Right, some of you may have done this, others may have not. In light of all the useless excuses and wasted phone calls plus spending more on a concert that is no way as good as wembley I've decided to email watchdog to sort somehow ticketb***d!!

thats a good idea im gonna email ticketbastard myself tomorrow but i do think we should have a collective letter aswell.im still so pissed off about it and i want my damn postage money back and the money its cost me trying to call that bloody phone number

yup il be doing that. As usual my whole trip depends on TM if I dont get my MK night 2 tix 2moro I am well and truely screwed and will have to go to Southamoton from Coventry via BRadford, Great stuff!!!!

They really screwed us up.

I really really hope you get some where on this guys. We did it form BSWJBJ in 03 and it didnt get us anywhere. If there is a standard letter I'm more than happy to put my details on it to.

will it work tho....I mean if we all get out tickets before the gig do we have much to complain about?Even if its a day before?

It depends, the fact that people weren't giving tracking numbers, bits of address were missing, stuff like that isnt normal. And neither is getting your ticket a day before the event, when the T&C say it'll be dispatched 9 days before the event

Emailing ticketmaster is a waste of time...I emailed them a week ago and they said they'd respond in 24hrs...as of yet, no reply....great idea to contact Watchdog!
