The NEW Wembley
Just heard on national digital radio in England......that Bon Jovi are delighted that they have been awarded the honour still to be the first band to open the new stadium when it is finally finished in the new year. Could not believe what I was hearing....There is a God......

Im waiting for it to come on again but it was mentioned that "one more special trip back to London" was on the cards? |
That would be cool! I'd have to get tickets again, but it'd be worth it to see them open Wembley.
One of my mates went to see BJ in Manchester on Sunday. He said they played Dry County. I'm gutted, woulda loved to see that live. My own fault I didn't get tickets though. Not to worry. Got the Who in a couple of weeks. |
If they do another touring leg then I really hope they get their asses to Australia, south america and latin america (and that definetly includes the caribean.)

what source is this from ?

That would be excellent news if it's true.

Oh if that is true I hope they record the show(s) for a new DVD (if they aren't already doing it somewhere else).

Wow that would be great if they still open it. It might be short notice for tickets as they seem to have trouble keeping an opening date for Wembley. They won't want the same thing to happen again and this time.
The rumours for the Aussie dates are September this year, so sounds like the boys will be doing a bit here and a bit there. Not a proper tour as such, just a few dates. And a quick note Aussies we are expecting an announcement by the end of the week!!!!! |
