Where to watch the match on Saturday...
 

Ok, I've found the perfect place for me as I'm staying south of the bowl.

The place is a pub called THE CLOCK TOWER & it's not far at all from the bowl.

I phoned them and they confirmed that they are having the match on a big screen on Saturday plus they say they've got a gorgeous beer garden. Bring it on!

Hey, we are going to be watching in the town centre as well, is the bowl close enough to walk to from the town? if not then how much would a taxi be as we are planning on leaving the car parked in the town...or is that a bad idea lol :lol:

Looks like it's as close to the bowl as is possible to get to watch it................are you driving to the bowl afterwards or walking?

Surley the town is closer? according to google maps directiosn that pub is 7.3 miles away and milton keyenes central is only 3.1 miles away?

I think I'm gonna walk to the bowl afterwards depending on the time and distance. If not I might get a taxi or somat but probably gonna walk. Can't Wait!

Oh and bezza123 - I know it says 3.1 miles from the pub to the bowl but if you look at the way it takes you it's well out of the way. If walking it looks much much shorter. Click on satellite and you can see how close the bowl is.

When i did the route planner, using the Bowl's postcode (MK5 8AA) it said only 1.3miles.

1.3 miles? That sounds more like it.
