I just saw this on another board... Just wanted to share it with ya'll. I already knew that, 'cause I've read it somewhere before.

i'd just like to be flat out getting an album by RS before i'm old and gray! what's it been like 8 years? i graduated high school AND college in that time!

I agree with you, but I'd much rather see him release a blues album than a country album. :)

I heard an interview from sometime during 2005, and their he said that he had written tracks for coutryartists, not that his album would be a country album. :)

He for sure doesn't publish a country album. Maybe it is influenced by country like Jon's Blaze of Glory was.

I really don't think any of us can say "for sure" what he is or isn't going to do...

In my opinion though, I reckon he's gonna want to write some new songs after the stuff he's been going through this year, which'll possibly change the direction of the album anyway

let's face it, any Richie album is gonna be good! I'll enjoy it!

i hope that he puts his own version of I'll Be There For You on the album, i think that would be great!!
