Help Us!!!!

Hi,
We're 4 students studying the marketing of Bon Jovi's 'Bounce' for our degree. We'd really appreciate it if you could answer a few questions for us.

1) Bounce included a pin code that allowed you to access special features on the official Bon Jovi website. Did this influence whether or not you bought the album?

2) Would you have visited the official Bon Jovi homepage if it wasn't for these special features?

3) People who bought 'Bounce' gained access to concert tickets before others. Did this encourage you to purchase concert tickets?

4) If a website asked you to submit your mobile phone number in return for exclusive Bon Jovi details via SMS messaging, would you take part?

5) How often would you consider recieveing a Bon Jovi text message as reasonable? How about if you had to pay to recieve the message?

Thanks very much for your help!! 8)

No, since I'm a fan for 10 years now I had bought it anyway.

I visit all official homepages (Backstage, Richiesambora.com. BJ.com, BJ.de) regulary for years. It has nothing to do with the AmericanXS-feature.

Here in Germany the pre-sale didn't work like it should. But I follow the band on tour for several years now. The pre-sale wouldn't affect my decision to go to concerts or not.

No, I don't want my mailbox to be filled up with advertisings.

I get all infos for free in the Net.

1) No, I would have bought it anyway.
2) I would have visited the official website anyways, as I regularly do.
3) I would have bought the tickets anyway, but it did help me in all the fuss of not having to worry about getting the tickets in the general sale.
4) If it was to work outside US, I think I would submit my mobile number to receive up-to-date news on my mobile.
5) Once a week would be ok, assuming that there would be real news happening. I wouldn't pay for it though because it would probably be very difficult with the payment, and expensive to receive SMS's to Finland.

Good luck with your study! :)

5. It depends on the news that they had...if it was important, then as much that is needed, but I wouldn't want to be receiving crap that is just recieving a message for the sake of receiving a message
