I think he's faking it. Can you provide some proof? Time stamp please of someone pouring it in his glass from a legitimate bottle?

I'm still waiting on the analysis of the forensic science laboratory who were able to rescue the original bottle with the help of federal agents from Jon's house. Until then, we can't know for sure!

Do they have the cup as well though? After all, they'll need to check that for DNA traces!

I hope they do, we shouldn't risk Jake having switched the cups to take the burden off his own shoulders!
