He looks like he's about to break down a couple of times during that video. Apparently it took several takes to get this video done because it was very emotional and Jon was having problems holding it together.

actually the vocals are much better and its not that polished
i like it more somehow :o

I agree. I like it better than the album version. This is the version the band performed at the American Music Awards prior to HAND's release.
