Just want to share with you how my 1,5 year old daughter loves BJ :)

STBI, from Paris in 1996. Listen to Jon's voice on the last chorus and the "hey hey"s at the end. He sounds like a completely different person. And Richie lets his guitar squeal A LOT. Great performance of a stellar song that needs to be brought out more.

People say his vocals sucked in 2001 but in all honesty, i'd take this rough vocal any day over the cat voice we have today.

I've never heard anybody say that his vocals "sucked" then. I've heard many say that they weren't spectacular, but they were pretty good. I would rather have that vocal, too.
