Ah...memories. Sunburn, alcohol and my whining ex girlfriend. Ironically my now wife was also at this concert in a very similar spot. Great concert, probably one of the best.

What do you mean? You can actually hear him in the mix and he doesn't seem to play any bad note…so, yeah, that is a huge improvement for him :D He could have actually been a decent lead guitarist in my high-school band the Mäd Äntilöpe!!!

Remind me, who is actually playing drums in his solo band?

Was looking at a couple of clips from that solo show and Jon looks like having a hell of a lot more fun that he looks having during Bon Jovi gigs. He even stays on stage and jams on Baba O'Riley. He never stays on stage when Richie sings one…
Anyway, good seeing him enjoying it!

Old Time Rock N Roll from Jon's solo gig in Vegas

Just look how much Jon is moving around the stage and having lots of fun. Now that the tour break is almost over, he'd better bring the same energy there, that'd prove that his lack of movement in the first few shows was health-related.

Maybe his chest hair was weighing him down :p

Jon needs to step it up when he plays with armature musicians by keeping all attention on him. I've seen those guys play all over Jersey and they are all great musicians but not professional. It's kinda weird seeing them on stage with Jon but they play with Bobby all the time.

When Richie does a solo tune, it's an opportunity for Jon to take a break and dry off for 10 minutes..... This concert was more like a JBJ & Friends show so other musicians taking over some vocals is how this show should flow.
