The way they had drum loops or backing tracks or whatever mixed in when they played at Howard Stern or Rosie O'Donnell made the song much cooler and powerful than at their live shows. All the performances on tour had felt lackluster ever since 2000.

I get the impression that he drinks quite a lot - at least when it comes to wine.

Unless he was lying every time he's mentioned that he drinks a lot of wine - which, of course, could be the case, since it would be bad for the brand if he said he stopped drinking 😅

Seriously, from all the promos that have been done, have you ever seen Jon drink Hampton Water?

Pretty normal to pull a bit of a face after downing a cup though, and he also may have exaggerated it a little to be funny.

What makes you think that he quit drinking in 2014/2015, other than the fact that you haven't seen him drink Hampton Water - convincingly enough - on camera?

I remember reading or discussing it. That's the reason why I was paying close attention, to see if he actually drinks Hampton Waters. I was just curious to see if he started drinking again.

Now do I think he's tried it and had a sip during the making of the product? Of course.

However, you don't think it's odd that he never sipped and commented on the product considering all the promo they do?

From what I remember reading, he was becoming too dependent on wine after the 2013 disasters. I don't think it was for vocal reasons.

It's not that it's so hard to believe, there is just so little to back this up. He also could have quit in 2013 and started drinking wine again.

I haven't seen Jon driving a car by himself probably since the fanclub video in which he drove around Asbury Park in 2000.

I think newly created YouTube channels are automatically named after your name on your Google account, so if that person created their Google account with Bon as their first name and Jovi as their surname there isn't much the YouTube algorithm can do about that - otherwise the lord-knows-how-many guys named John Smith in the world wouldn't be able to create accounts anymore either because there's probably already an account with that same name out there as well.
