Aloha !

And originally released as a b-side to Living In Sin.

Shame though, Bon Jovi themselves didn't even remember this version, even though they played it live a few times while promoting New Jersey. The acoustic version done in Yokohama 2003 is a disgrace compared to this.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

And what made it even more disgraceful was the fact Jon said "And now, for the first time ever, the acoustic version of Born to be my baby". Tut tut!

Sounds good to me. He sure does hit those notes a lot better than Jon.

Oops! These links are the same, and they go to the Let It Rock clip. Do you have the other link? I'd love to see it. I'm trying to find it, but so far my searches have come up empty.

Thanks!

Thanks a lot for that link. I hadn't seen that.

I still love it when it's just Richie . . . or Jon . . . or Jon & Richie and an acoustic guitar or two.

You're right, it sounds horrible.

Living_on_my_Hair 01-15-2008 09:31 PM

PRO-shot footage of Richie doing These Days last night...in a word, awesome!

Sure there some patchy vocals, but he makes up in it with pure passion and energy!

thats ****ing attrocious!

Theres also a pro-shot recording of Prayer from that TV brodcast, where Jon attempts parts of the key change at the end...he looks like he's about to explode!

I think we should start compiling a ''greatest hits'' of Jons best off-key moments. No.1 has to be ''This is my home TAAAAOOWOWAHANNNN...''.
