Tour people.....

Ok so we all go to BJ shows with certain people, have you been to every BJ show with the same person? Do you go to see other bands with the same people you see BJ with? Could you imagine going to see BJ without that person?

The first time I went to see BJ was with my mum which was good but since then I went with my mate Rebecca in 2001 and some of 2003. In 2001 I also went with Carli to the shows, i've seen BJ with her 01,03,06. I go to most other concerts with her as well and i couldnt imagine seeing BJ without her as we have a blast at each one we go to.

A lot of the shows I saw with the same girls but a good number of them I went to with NO ONE but myself and I don't mind that either. For other bands, I go with whoever asks me to go, lol!

I've basically gone to shows with different people each time. I went to one with my dad, one with my brother, one with Jen (Bon-Jenny) who used to post on this board, and the rest with various friends.
I wish I had friends who would go to lots of shows with me. I don't really know anyone who's as big of a fan as I am - most people think I'm crazy for having seen this band so many times already and still wanting to. http://www.drycounty.com/jovitalk/im...n_confused.gif

Because I travel so much to see the band, I've gone to shows with different friends, my parents, and to some shows alone. There are people with whom I wish I could share every concert, but that's just not possible. Like Deb, I don't mind going alone. Even when I travel alone, I usually find people I know at shows--whether I want to or not. ;) I have a few friends who like both Bon Jovi and Keith Urban and have gone to see both artists with those people. And, of course, I have friends locally with whom I'd go see Bon Jovi or other acts in the Jackson area, just depending on who is playing.

Well my first show back in '95 i went with my mom, my brother, my aunt, my friend and her mom. Since then the next six shows I saw I have seen were all with the same person ~ my brother. He is a die hard who gets the band and loves the band in the same way I do. I do enjoy going to shows with someone who is into the band as opposed to just a casual fan. It's always nice to be able to have someone next to you who is just as excited as you are to be seeing the band, who can tell a rare song from the moment you hear the first chord, and who notices little things others might not. For me it makes the show more special.

For other bands and artists it depends. If it is an 80's band (Posion, Def Leppard, Cinderella) it's usually my brother because both of us are into that kind of music where our friends usually are not. But for other concerts it is usually my mom and aunts and my friends.

I went to my first three Bon Jovi shows with Barb, a woman I worked with. It worked out well - she has a car and could make her own schedule. All I had to do was get the tickets. I also saw Motley Crue with Barb and her boyfriend last summer.

I saw one Jovi show this tour with my best friend. Jovi actually made us friends and when we meet, the band wasn't touring. It was so awesome to see a show with her. We probably annoyed the hell outta everyone around us with our singing along and mimicing Jon for the entire show LOL

Bon Jovi with my wife, the rest mostly alone, since it's usually too heavy for her taste.

Well lets put it this way I coulnt have imagined goin to Giants without Yvonne. Before I met her i only went to my local show, with whoever I could find to come with me!!! We'd usually go in about an hour before the first support band but the first concert I saw with Yv was Huddersfield and I was on the 2nd row, a totally new experience for me!!!
