Good choice.

I have an iPod (30gb video) and before that I had an iPod mini. I know a lot of people say there are better ones out there now, and they're probably right. But after using iPods and especially iTunes for a few years I don't think I could switch! I love them.

I use my cell phone as an MP3 player - it has an extended memory of 2GB.

I don't often care to listen to anything when I'm out, but my phone takes SD memory cards so I can fit a few tracks on there for listening to on the train, but I've never seen a dedicated mp3 player as being worth the money to me because I wouldn't use it much.

I've got an 4GB iPod Nano which I use a lot while travelling, working out, etc.

Also got an old 20GB iPod 2nd (or 3rd?) generation. Which lives in my car permanently and therefor the battery's gone all useless (heat and cold kills the battery). But it serves very well hooked up to the stereo in my car.

But yeah - I'm one of those iPod nuts. If I wanted a new mp3 player I would choose an iPod again over any other cheaper brand :p.

I had (and still have) one of the original first generation iPods, and it still works just fine. I have upgraded to a different player but ever since these type players came out I have had one. The first time I saw an adv for the iPod and saw what it did, I said - Oh yeah - gotta have one :)

I commute to the city and I love having it on the train - especially now that everyone shouts into their mobile phones all the time. I just put my earbuds in and rock out LOL.

I have a huge music collection and this has given me the opportunity to listen to stuff that I haven't heard in years becasue there is only so much time at home.

Huge is an understatement. There is a wall of cds in every room in Kathleens house almost, AND! she can play any music that is hooked up to her pc, from another room. Nuts! :D

I have a 3rd Generation 20gb ipod. I'm happy with it I guess, but I would love to upgrade it to a 60gb video ipod. I wouldnt use it for the videos much, but it would be nice to have the choice. I'd use the extra space for additional music / bootlegs mainly.

I have a i-Pod nano 8 gb. I hardly go anywhere without it! :)

I have a sony Walkman mp3 player, can't remember the model. Anyway, I was planing on getting an external hard drive or an 8GB memory stick and realised that the mp3 player is 20g and can be used to store files as well. Just saved myself £100!
