Problems joining Backstage?
 

Did anyone have problems buying new membership? I tried to create an account & it told me my email address was already registered from before so I logged in & it said my name & welcome back but then when I click on the membership, instead of adding it to the cart it takes me back to the first register or log-in page? Am I doing something daft?! Was still in two minds about whether to join anyway, maybe its an omen!
Looks like the "meet & greet" might be sold out anyway as its not appearing in the merchandise today? For those that are going, what time is it happening?

Some people have experienced the same thing, it's probably because of the firewall settings in your computer.

The FC event, as far as I know, is sold out.

I went in circles like that for a while until I reset my security settings to allow content from backstage.

Tools: Internet Options: Privacy: Sites: type in www.backstagejbj.com and select Allow and see if that helps.

I seriously think about joining FC. Hope I won´t have many problems. I just would like to be a part of an interesting group of people all over the world.

Thanks Becky, but I just tried that & it hasn't helped, I'm still stuck. Anyone else got any ideas? Please?!

Are you by chance using AOL as your browser? If you are then that is the problem.

Ha ha!! Yes, I am using aol - anything I can do, other than change browser?!

Nope, you just need to use another browser. AOL for whatever the reason won't work with the merchandise section of the website.
