November 6: Jon and Richie will appear with Sugarland on Good Morning America's concert series. The show will be in Nashville that morning. The CMA Awards are that night, so it seems likely that Jon and Richie will be appearing there as well since they're in town anyway and nominated.

Last I heard his publist said most likely Keith would be canceling his appearance on the CMA's.
