WHo is that guy that palys guitar in the These DAys video?

Ther is a guy in the THESE DAYS video he plays an acoustic guitar.I don't know who he is but i think i have seen a more recent picture of him and Richie.COuld anyone tell me who he is?I'm not in the mood to ask the stupid OOmpas!!!Thanks \,,/
