I would hate this forum to be all rosy, though. If you want agreement 100% on how everything the band does is OMG FANTASTIC!!!!! I suggest you head over to backstage.

What are you on about? Have you ever read any posts here? People don't tend to all be happy about everything the band does, but it is hardly full of bitching and fighting, I'd hardly say that was all that happens here. I've been posting here since before the forum became separate from the main site and have found it to be a good community because people are willing to listen to what you have to say and not just dismiss your opinion because it differs from their own. Sure there are a few idiots, but they are easy enough to ignore.

"100% agreement" and "backstage" do not belong in the same sentence! People bitch and whine and fight over there just as much (and sometimes dirtier) than they do here.

I thought that Backstage simply had a policy to delete any post that didn't say something to the effect of "I love Jon" or "I love Jons arse" :p

At least it's spreading some love!

People can and do say negative things on Backstage.

I haven't ever posted there, but from what I've heard anything negative about Jon or the band is basically removed, which means it would be crap for most people here to post on lol

maybe now but not a few years ago. Had a few accounts and on every account I got banned after 3 posts. And believe me, they werent that bad... it just the thruth... or at least just my opinion.
