Young gunsII

Yesterday I watched for the first time Young guns II - I was really excited thinking to be able to recognize all the songs (or at least their music)....
I've got a few things to say:
1 - Why is Blaze of glory (the album) consider the soundtrack to the movie when there are only Blaze of glory and Billy get your guns at the very end of it?I mean,it's ok to consider that the record was completely inspired by the movie, but I wouldn't say it's its soundtrack.
2 - I couldn't find the scene when Jon played. I remember(if I'm right)that he played a very little scene ,well,he didn't even play,he just came on and was shot without saying a word(LOL)!So can anybody please try to help me out?
3 - (I wouldn 't want to say this here,but...)How hot Emilio Estevez is????He's perfect to be Billy the Kid!
Anyway,I really really liked the movie!!!

I believe this was one of those soundtracks was more "and songs inspired by", etc. Songs that fit in the context of the movie but aren't actually IN the movie.

The full title for Blaze is something like: Blaze of Glory Songs From and Inspired By the Film Young Guns II. Anyway, it's clear on the CD that it's not a pure soundtrack. Jon wrote several songs for specific scenes but they ultimately decided that too much singing would distract from the plot. Santa Fe was written for a scene that didn't even make the movie. Thank God the song still got released!

Jon's in the film for less than a second so you really have to keep your eyes peeled lol!

young guns

Jon is in the scene where billy is coming to rescue doc and chavez from jail dressed up as the lynch mob. He climbs out of the pit and gets shot.

Jon's "scene" takes place at about the 29 minute mark of the movie. He gets pulled out of the pit. He is handcuffed, however, manages to grab a gun and point it, at which point he is shot.

You can see a grainy pic of Jon on my fansite: http://www.geocities.com/dianebonjov...cting-jon.html
